International Women's Day 2023
As we do every year, we were proud to participate in International Women's Day (IWD) 2023. Mazarians across the globe were encouraged to strike the #EmbraceEquity pose, to show their support for this cause on IWD and beyond. Our people participated in numbers, sharing their thoughts, experiences and photos across social media. Teams also got together for breakfasts, lunches and afternoon teas to celebrate equity within our firm.
Equity goes above treating people with fairness and impartiality regardless of their gender, background, or culture; to giving everyone the right tools they require to be successful according to their unique needs.
